Did you know the largest living organism by mass is a colony of trees

and the largest living organism by area is a humongous fungus?

Did you know plants can talk to each other and share nutrients through large networks of fungi in the soil?

Plants and fungi are all around us and help create the world we live in!

Waterman Explore Camp will be

Aug 12 - Aug 16

9 am - 3 pm each day

The week's programming is dedicated to each specific age group so the adventures are tailored to the children’s needs and abilities.  Our age group's are: Blue Birds - 6 & 7; Green Frogs - 8 & 9; and Black Bears - 10 & 11

Tuition is $200 per week and includes a Waterman EXPLORE t-shirt. Open to children ages 6 - 11. Payment should be made in full with completed registration materials to secure your child’s spot.

* Programming will be delivered primarily outdoors so campers should be prepared with appropriate closed-toe shoes, sunscreen, insect repellant, and adequate attire for the day. Campers will need to bring water, snacks, and lunch every day.

Other helpful, but not required materials include a sketch pad, notebook, journal, water shoes, a cheap magnifying glass, or cheap binoculars. Participants will also be expected to comply with typical COVID-19 precautions and procedures such as limiting contact with other campers and practicing good hand hygiene.

This year we will be offering early drop-off (8:30 am) and late pick-up (4:00 pm). These will be at an additional cost. $25 for early drop-off and $50 for late pick-up or combined $60 per week.
