Join us on Saturday, May 23rd for Spring Water Bugs at the Waterman Center. Come collect & learn about the many insects that live in the waters of our gorge stream! Waterproof shoes or boots are recommended for this program.

About the event
Stoneflies, caddisflies, and crayfish - oh my! Have you ever wanted to find out what cool critters you can find living in the waters of a clear, rocky stream? Join us on Saturday May 23rd at 1pm for Water Bugs at the Waterman Center! Come collect & learn about the many insects & invertebrates that live in the waters of our stream!
Waterproof shoes or boots are recommended for this program. Nets, ID guides, and equipment for sorting insects will be provided. There will be a short hike out to the base of the stream, which will be our collection site. This event is great for all ages.
This program is free for Waterman Center members, and $5 for non-members.
