The Waterman Center was founded by volunteers and continues to thrive with the help of our volunteers. Volunteers help in all aspects of our daily operations, from trail and lawn maintenance to running and planning events. Without volunteers, we would be unable to host our multitude of programs and protect our natural areas across the Southern Tier!

Members are another important part of our organization. Members help support us with yearly contributions and in turn receive perks such as, members-only events, discounts at the nature shop, and free admission to our programs.
