Do you ever wonder how animals survive the scarcity of winter? Bring your family for an activity day filled with fun and facts at the Waterman Center! Accompanying adults and kids under 5 - free, child particpants - $5.

About the event
Join our whimsical, costumed guides for a winter-themed activity day at the Waterman Center in Apalachin, NY! Satisfy your curiosity about how wild animals survive winter’s cold during a brief guided walk along a trail decorated with beautifully hand-painted animals. After the walk, warm up in the center with some refreshments, crafts, and stories read by Mother Goose! The Family Reading Partnership will be on-site to provide every child with a free book! Admission includes all activities, crafts, and refreshments. Cost: $5 per child 5 and up. Please make sure to indicate how many children in each age group will be coming so we can plan accordingly. Note: Adults accompanying children and kids under the age of 5 are free of charge.Â
